The IQOO 5 is all set to launch on August 17 in China. The phone will debut with some great specifications which includes 120W fast charging and 120Hz refresh rate display. Today, the retail box of IQOO 5 appeared in a Weibo post.
IQOO 5 with model number V2024A was earlier spotted on Master Lu, Geekbench and Chinese 3C certifications. It will be powered by Snapdragon 865 processor as seen in Master Lu and Geekbench results. The phone will have 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB UFS 3.1 storage.
As per the Master Lu certification, the display will have a resolution of 1080 x 2376 pixels. Official teasers confirms 120Hz refresh rate, AMOLED type display and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. Rumors believe that the company will bring a pro version of this phone with Snapdragon 865+ processor and 120Hz refresh rate.
Today, IQOO’s official Weibo page posted some camera samples taken by IQOO 5 series phone. All the images look stunning and night camera sample is also impressive. The company will also launch a BMW edition of the IQOO 5 alongside the regular one on August 17.
It looks like the IQOO 5 series will debut in India too as per a tweet by IQOO India.
