The iQOO phone has a 6.62-inch AMOLED display with a FullHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 100nits of peak brightness. Under the hood, it is powered by a Snapdragon 870 5G chipset, paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
iQOO Neo 6 features a triple camera setup on the back that includes a 64-megapixel primary camera with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. It is equipped with a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. The device houses a 4,700mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging. The battery can be charged to 50% in just 12 minutes and plugging the device for another 20 minutes completely fills the battery.

iQOO has now started rolling out the first software for Neo 6. It has a download size of 274MB and has the firmware version PD2199F_EX_A_12.0.7.2.W30.VOOL1.
