Vivo‘s sub-brand iQOO is reportedly in the works to launch iQOO Z5. The phone is said to have the model number V2148A which was recently spotted on the TENAA certification. Now, we have spotted the device on China’s 3C certification, which reveals more about the phone. Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station reveals that the V2148A model number belongs to iQOO Z5.
According to the 3C listing, iQOO Z5 supports up to 44W fast charging. It also reveals that the phone supports 5G connectivity. The 3C listing fails to reveal more about the phone. The phone was recently spotted on TENAA certification, however, the listing is yet to be updated with specifications and images. The tipster also revealed that iQOO Z5 will come with a 120Hz refresh rate support. It could be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset.
Recent reports suggest that the company might be working to bring iQOO Z5 Pro. As of now, there is no word from iQOO regarding the launch of Z5 and Z5 Pro. A tipster @Gadgetsdata claims that the iQOO Z5 will launch in September in India. If this is true, then the company may start teasing the device in the coming days.
