Moto G 5G Plus announced: 90Hz display, 48MP cameras, 5000mAh battery

Motorola has launched it’s most affordable 5G smartphone Moto G 5G Plus. It comes in two variant – 4GB RAM + 64GB storage , and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. The 4GB RAM variant of Moto G 5G Plus comes with a price tag of €349 (approx Rs 29,500) and the 6GB RAM variant will cost Rs €399 (approx Rs 33,700). The phone will be available from today and comes in blue and purple colors.

Moto G 5G Plus – specifications

The Moto G 5G Plus has a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate. The display features 21:9 aspect ratio, HDR 10 and dual punch holes for selfie cameras. We have the Snapdragon 765 chipset paired with 4/6GB of RAM and 64/128GB storage. There is also a microSD slot for additional storage.

Coming to the optics, the phone features a quad camera setup on the back arranged in a square shape. It includes a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 5MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, we have a dual camera setup which includes a 16MP primary camera and an 8MP ultra-wide camera.

The handset runs Android 10 with My UX custom skin on the top. It houses 5,000mAh battery charges through a 20W fast charger. The power button also serves as a fingerprint scanner. Connectivity features are – Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, and a headphone jack.
