Honor Magic 3 series renders and key specifications leak ahead of August 12 launch

Yesterday (July 15), Honor officially confirmed the launch date for its upcoming Magic 3 series, which is happening on August 12. The launch poster didn’t reveal any specs but hints at a large camera sensor. Now, several tipsters have shared the key specifications and render of the Honor Magic 3 series phones.
Reliable tipster Ben Geskin shared the leaked render of Honor Magic 3 which reveals the complete rear design. It revealed that the phone has a quad-camera setup on the rear side with a 48-megapixel main sensor. The phone is said to support 100x zooming capability. Today, a reliable Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo revealed that the Honor Magic 3 likely code-named “Elizabeth”. He also revealed that the phone has a 6.76-inch OLED display with 2772 × 1344 pixels resolution. It may feature a pill-shaped cutout housing two selfie cameras.

The standard model in Honor Magic 3 series is tipped to support 66W wired charging, whereas the high-end model may support 100W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Another Chinese tipster on Weibo claimed that the high-end model has a 1228p resolution display and supports 100x zoom. All the Magic 3 series phones may be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus chipset.
