Honor X20 5G (NTN-AN20) with Dimensity 900 SoC and 8GB spotted on Geekbench

Honor X20 5G is confirmed to launch in China on August 12. It will be the second phone in the Honor X20 series after Honor X20 SE. The same day, Honor will also unveil its flagship-grade Magic 3 series. The Honor X20 5G is said to carry model number NTN-AN20, which has now appeared on Geekench revealing more about the phone.

As per the Geekbench listing, the smartphone is powered by MT6877V/ZA which belongs to MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC. The chipset is coupled with 8GB RAM. We are likely to see more variants at the launch. The device has managed to score 709 points in the single-core test and 2,079 points in the multi-core test, when tested on Geekbench v5.

The model number NTN-AN20 rumored as Honor X20 5G was recently seen on the 3C certification. It revealed that the phone supports 5G connectivity and 66W fast charging. The launch poster shared by the company reveals that the phone has a circular camera module on the rear side housing three sensors and an LED flash. The camera setup is said to have a 64MP primary and two 2MP secondary sensors likely for depth and macro shoot.

Honor X20 5G has a pill-shaped punch-hole cutout that could offer dual selfie cameras. Unlike the Honor X20 SE, the upcoming X20 5G has a flat panel. The phone will arrive in two colours – Aurora Blue and Titanium Silver. Reliable tipster Evan Blass has shared the renders revealing the existence of a black colour variant.
