Huawei is reportedly working to launch Nova 9 series, as a successor to the recently-launched Nova 8. Similar to the Nova 8 series, the upcoming Nova 9 series will also include several phones such as Nova 9, Nova 9 Pro, and more. Today, we have spotted two new Huawei phones on China’s 3C certification with model numbers RTE-AL00 and NAM-AL00. The RTE-AL00 is rumored to belong to Huawei Nova 9 Pro, whereas the NAM-AL00 could be the vanilla Nova 9.

According to the 3C listing, Huawei RTE-AL00 supports 100W fast charging. It also reveals that the device supports 4G LTE connectivity. Coming to Huawei NAM-AL00, it is also a 4G phone with supports for 66W fast charging. Huawei Nova 9 series phones are unlikely to get 5G support due to chip storage issues. Due to the same issue, the recently launched Huawei P50 and P50 had to use with 4G chips.

Earlier this month, Huawei RTE-AL00 was spotted on TENAA certification. It revealed the phone’s design which resembles the Nova 8 series. The phone could be featuring a pill-shaped cutout which might offer dual selfie cameras.

Huawei has not yet confirmed the existence of Nova 9 series. However, tipste @RODENT950 revealed that the company might unveil Nova 9 series alongside an All-in-One PC and a printer at an event that may be held next month. If this is true, then the company will start testing the device in the coming weeks.
