IQOO 7 goes official in China with a powerful Snapdragon 888 chipset, 120W fast charging, 120Hz AMOLED panel, 1000Hz instant touch sampling rate, and Vivo’s all-new Origin OS. Being a gaming-focused company, IQOO’s new phones always bring some gaming enhancement, and the same case is with IQOO 7.
IQOO 7: price, sale details
The IQOO 7 comes with a starting price tag of 3,798 yuan for the 8GB/128GB base variant. For the top-end 12GB/256GB variant, buyers will need to pay a total of 4,198 yuan.
The IQOO 7 comes with Black, Latent Blue, and Legendary BMW Edition. Pre-orders are already live in China whereas the official sales will start on January 15. The company has not revealed any details about the international availability of IQOO 7.

The smartphone flaunts a 6.62-inch FullHD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate support and 1,300nits maximum brightness. The display has a 300Hz touch report rate and 1,000Hz instant touch sampling rate for faster gaming response.
IQOO 7 is driven by Snapdragon 888 chipset coupled with 8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/256GB UFS 3.1 storage. Talking about the gaming aspect, IQOO 7 brings a pressure-sensitive screen that can act as touch triggers, Dual-Linear Motors with 3D vibration, Multi-Turbo 5.0, and One-Touch Game Space. IQOO 7 has an L-shaped VC cooling plate that keeps it cool while you enjoy your game.
The triple rear cameras on the back consist of a 48MP primary shooter with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization), a 13MP ultrawide lens with a 120-degree field of view, and a 13MP telephoto sensor with 50mm focal length. On the front, it features a 16MP selfie shooter.
The 4,000mAh battery is divided into two 2,000mAh to achieve 120W fast charging. IQOO advertise that 120W FlashCharge takes 15 minutes to fully charge the IQOO 7. It also supports 65W PD charging. Other notable specs include Android 11 based Origin OS, Bluetooth v5.2, NFC, USB Type-C port, and Dual-Sim support.
