iQOO Z5 Confirmed to Launch in India This Month; Could be Priced Under Rs 30,000
iQOO Z5 is all set to launch on September 23 in China. The company has also confirmed the India launch without revealing any specific date. Today, the product page of iQOO Z5 went live on Amazon India, confirming that it will go on sale via the online platform. The “Notify me” option on the iQOO Z5 Amazon page reveals that the device will launch in India in September.
Recent teasers have revealed that the upcoming iQOO Z5 will be powered by Snapdragon 778G 5G chipset paired with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It has a punch-hole flat display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10, and DCI-P3 colour gamut. The device packs a 5,000 battery and is likely to support 44W fast charging.
iQOO Z5 is confirmed to have stereo speakers with Hi-Res Audio, and Hi-Res Audio Wireless support. A recent report from GSMArena suggests that the phone will be priced under Rs 30,000 in India.
The smartphone is said to be offered in an 8GB RAM variant, and there might be more RAM variants as well. It may feature a 64MP triple rear camera setup on the back. The device is likely to boot Android 11 out of the box.
