LG K42 (LM-K420EMW) clears GCF certification, launch seems imminent
From the last few weeks, we have been getting numerous leaks about the LG K42. Now, an LG device bearing model number LM-K420EMW speculated as LG K42 appeared on GCF (Global Certification Forum) certification. The GCF listing does not reveal any specifications but confirms hints for a global launch.

LG K42 previously spotted on Bluetooth SIG, US FCC, and Google Play Console listing which reveals some key specifications. The FCC certification reveals that the phone has 3,900mAh battery charges through a slow 10W charger. The listing also includes a schematic diagram of the phone which shows a quad-camera setup and a Dual-tone LED fash down to the camera setup.
Further, the listing reveals some connectivity options: 4G LTE, GPS, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Moving to the Google Play Console listing, it reveals that the phone has 3GB RAM and 1600×720 pixels screen resolution. It will be powered by MediaTek Helio P22 chipset paired with PowerVR 8320 GPU. The LG K42 runs Android 10 OS out of the box. The company has not announced anything about this phone. Since the phone has already got multiple certifications, hence the launch seems near.
