After multiple delays, the LG Wing is set to launch on October 5. We have already seen the device rotation through an official teaser. Now, some live images of the LG Wing surfaced online which shows the special smart-TV like UI. [see below]
The first image shows a running LG Wing placed next to the Samsung Galaxy Note 20. The LG Wing appears to be slightly taller than the Note20, and the bezels are also thick than Note20 has. The Galaxy Note20 has a 6.7-inch display whereas the LG Wing reportedly measures 6.8-inches. The source also confirms the phone will have exclusive UI (-smart TV like). It is unclear why the company used this UI, is there any special role of this?
Through previous leaks, we know that the LG Wing will be powered by Snapdragon 765G paired with 8GB of RAM. The secondary display is said to measure 4-inch (smaller than the main display). LG plans a four-week testing phase for some early users, before selling it to general buyers. That’s all for now, we’ll keep you updated with the latest updates.[source]
