nubia Red Magic 6R global launch officially confirmed: Expected price and specifications

Last month, nubia announced the Red Magic 6R as the third phone under Red Magic 6 series after Red Magic 6 and 6 Pro. Today, Red Magic on Twitter officially announced the global launch of Red Magic 6R. The tweet does not reveal a launch date but the website reveals that something big is coming on June 19. So, the global launch might happen on June 19, but we’ll have to wait for the confirmation.

The Red Magic 6R was launched in China starting at CNY2,999 (~Rs 34,200/$470) for the base variant. It offers a 6.67-inch FullHD+ AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate and 20:9 aspect ratio. The handset is powered by Snapdragon 888 powerful chipset coupled with 6GB/8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB internal storage.

The triple camera setup on the back consists of a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 5MP macro, and a 2MP depth sensor. It has got a 16MP selfie snapper. The battery comes in at 4,200mAh capacity and supports 55W fast charging. Being a gaming phone, Red Magic 6R has touch-supported shoulder triggers with 400Hz touch sampling rate.
