OnePlus 9 series confirmed to launch on March 23 with Hasselblad cameras

OnePlus has officially revealed the launch date for its upcoming flagship OnePlus 9 series. The smartphones will launch on March 23 in India at 7:30 PM IST. The launch poster also confirms the OnePlus partnership camera manufacturer Hasselblad. So, the OnePlus 9 series phones will be among the first to feature Hasselblad cameras.

The company has also teased the rear design of the OnePlus 9 series which are in-line with the recent leaks. So, the smartphones have a quad-camera setup at the top-left side. The launch poster also hints that all the phones under the OnePlus 9 series will feature 5G connectivity.

Past reports have revealed that the series consists of three phones: OnePlus 9, 9 Pro, and 9R. The phones are expected to feature Snapdragon 888 chipset, high refresh rate, up to 65W fast charging, and an AMOLED panel. For the OnePlus 9 series, the company will use a custom Sony IMX789 sensor for the first time.
