OnePlus 9R will be exclusive to India at an accessible price point, Pete Lau reveals
OnePlus 9 series is all set to launch on March 23 in some countries including India. The OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro is already confirmed and the company was expected to bring an affordable OnePlus 9R. It was earlier rumored as OnePlus 9E and OnePlus 9 Lite.
During an interview with News 18, OnePlus CEO Pete Lau confirmed that there will be OnePlus 9R 5G exclusively for the Indian market. This will be the most affordable smartphone in the series and promises a flagship experience.Â

Pete Lau further reveals that OnePlus 9R will mainly focus on mobile gaming with features such as smooth scrolling, immersive gaming controls, and more display tweaks. He said that the OnePlus 9R will offer fast and smooth experiences for daily usage and heavy gameplay.Â
