OnePlus has quietly launched a new mid-range phone in Europe. It’s the OnePlus Nord 2T which had surfaced in various leaks in the past. The smartphone features a 90Hz AMOLED screen, Dimensity 1300 SoC, 50MP triple rear cameras, and 80W fast charging support. The Nord 2T has been launched in Europe for 399 euros (~Rs 32,500) for the sole option with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
OnePlus Nord 2T comes in black and green colour options. It has a 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole cutout for a selfie camera. The device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SoC. It’s the newest mid-range chipset which is built on TSMC’s 6nm process.
The Nord 2T features a rectangular camera module on the back that is unique to OnePlus phones. The two large circles inside the camera module have a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP monochrome sensor. It is equipped with a 32MP selfie shooter.
The smartphone boots OxygenOS 12.1 skin based on Android 12. It is backed by a 4,500mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging through a USB Type-C port.
OnePlus Nord 2T has been launched in Europe. However, the company has not detailed its availability for other regions. But, according to recent reports, the device could make its way to India later this month.
