OPPO A33 has been launched in Indonesia as the company’s latest budget offering. Alongside the A33, the company also announced the OPPO A53 which was unveiled last month in India. Both the device shares almost the same specifications except the storage combinations and cameras.
The OPPO A33 price is set to IDR 2.3 million (~Rs 11,300/&154) for the sole variant – 3GB RAM + 32GB storage. It will be available for purchase in Mint Green and Midnight Black from September 29.
OPPO A33, A53 specifications
The A33 and A53 feature the same 6.5-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 90Hz smooth refresh rate. Both are equipped with Snapdragon 460 chipset and a rear-side fingerprint scanner. The handsets ship with Android 10 with ColorOS 7.2 skin on the top.
In terms of cameras, the A33 gets an 8MP selfie camera whereas the A53 comes with 16MP sensors. On the back, both feature a triple camera setup which includes a 13MP primary camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens.
The A33 comes in 3GB + 32GB sole variant while the A53 comes has 6GB RAM + 128GB. Both the device is backed by a 5,000mAh battery and supports 18W fast charging. Also, both come with a 3.5mm headphone jack.
