OPPO A53 has been officially launched as the company’s brand new entry level smartphone in Indonesia. It retains the punch-hole cutout and rectangular shaped camera module from it’s predecessor OPPO A52 which was launched in India in June. Main highlight of this phone includes a large 5,000mAh battery, 90Hz refresh rate and Snapdragon 460 processor.
The OPPO A53 comes with a price tag of Rp 2,499,000 (approx Rs 12,700) for the 4GB + 64GB sole variant. It will be available in Electric Black and Fancy Blue color option.

The OPPO A53 features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate, and 20:9 aspect ratio. It has a punch-hole cutout at the upper-left corner for the 16-megapixel selife camera. On the back, we have a triple camera setup which includes consists of a 16MP primary camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor.
The handset runs Android 10 OS with ColorOS 7.2 skin on the top. It packs 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. Other features include – a rear side fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS.
