An upcoming Oppo smartphone carrying model number PEYM00 was recently spotted on China’s TENAA certification. It revealed that the phone could be debuting as Oppo K9 Pro, and today it has been confirmed by the China Telecom listing. The listing also reveals Oppo K9 Pro pricing, specifications, and renders.
Oppo K9 Pro specifications
Oppo K9 Pro features a large camera block on the back, much similar to the Poco M3. The camera island consists of LED flash and three sensors – 64MP + 8MP + 2MP. The phone will come with a 6.43-inch display with FullHD+ resolution and a punch-hole cutout for a 16MP selfie shooter.
The handset will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor paired with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB internal storage. It will pack a 4,500mAh battery. Recently, the phone was spotted on 3C certification with 65W fast charging support. Oppo K9 pro boots Android 11 out of the box with ColorOS skin at the top. The phone is likely to offer an under-display fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include 5G, USB Type-C port, NFC, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Oppo K9 Pro pricing
According to the China Telecom listing, the Oppo K9 Pro will be priced CNY 2,399 (roughly Rs 27,400) for the base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant could be priced CNY 2,599 (roughly Rs 29,600) and the top-tier 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant will be priced CNY 2,899 (roughly Rs 33,000).
