Oppo Reno2 Z gets stable Android-11 based ColorOS 11.1 update

Oppo Reno2 Z is finally receiving stable Android 11 (ColorOS 11.1) update (via) in India. Last month, the device went through beta testing and now the stable version is rolling out. The Reno2 Z was launched back in August 2019 with Android 9 Pie. Later the device upgraded to Android 10 and now getting its second major OS update, Android 11.

The Android 11 along with ColorOS 11.1 brings tons of new features which include chat bubbles, One-time permission, Auto-reset permission, Private system, FlexDrop, AOD customizations, and Oppo Relax 2.0.

The Android 11 update for Oppo Reno2 Z is rolling out with firmware version CPH1945_11_F.02. In addition to Android 11 and ColorOS 11.1, the update bumps Android security patch level to April 2021. To check the latest update on your Oppo smartphone, head to Settings >> Software update.
