Poco announces MIUI 12.5 Global Stable ROM testing program, See eligible devices and applying procedure
Poco has finally announced MIUI 12.5 Global ROM testing program for its devices. Apart from Poco F1, all other Poco phones are eligible for MIUI 12.5 Global ROM testing program. It doesn’t mean that the device is not eligible to receive MIUI 12.5 update. Maybe, the device will get the update a bit later than other Poco devices.

Xiaomi announced the MIUI 12.5 back in December 2020 which seems a seems a small increment to MIUI 12, but it actually brings several big changes to the device. The update optimizes CPU usage, battery management, gestures and system app settings. MIUI 12.5 brings a redesigned system UI that reduces CPU usage by up to 22% and lowers power consumption by up to 15%. The gestures response are much faster now and users can delete more system apps.Â
