In a recent interview with Androidcentral, Poco executives revealed that the company is gearing up to launch Poco M3 Pro 5G with Dimensity chipset. Now, the company has officially confirmed Poco M3 Pro 5G launch date and processor details. In a recent tweet, Poco confirms that M3 Pro 5G is all set to launch globally on May 19.
As predicted earlier, the smartphone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset. This will be the company’s first 5G phone with MediaTek processor launching globally. Comparing with the regular Poco M3, the upcoming Pro model will have a better chipset, new design, and 5G connectivity.
While we are a couple of days away from the launch, the design of M3 Pro 5G has been completely exposed in a render, shared by tipster Ishan Agarwal. First of all, the rear design looks very eye-catching. Unlike the horizontal camera setup in Poco M3, the leaked render of M3 Pro shows a vertical setup housing three sensors and LED flash.
The front panel appears flat and has a centered punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. It will offer a high refresh rate display, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and likely to be available in three colour options: Blue, Black, and Yellow.
