Realme GT Neo3 will set a new standard for smartphones in terms of fast charging. Currently, 120W is the maximum supported charging speed for smartphones, but Realme will take this up to 150W. According to a Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station, Realme GT Neo3 will be the one to support 150W fast charging.
Realme GT Neo3 will arrive in two battery models – 4,500mAh and 5,000mAh. The former will support 150W fast charging, whereas the latter one has 80W charging support. The company recently teased the “World’s fastest Smartphone Charging Technology”, which will be showcased on February 28 at MWC 2022.

The upcoming Realme GT Neo3 was recently spotted on the TENAA certification site with model numbers RMX3560 and RMX3562. Both are networks variants of GT Neo3, where the RMX3560 has a 5,000mAh battery and the RMX3562 has a 4,500mAh battery.
The device will have a 6.7-inch FullHD+ AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and an in-display fingerprint scanner. It will be powered by the Dimensity 8100 SoC, paired with up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. The device is tipped to feature triple rear cameras consisting of a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera with OIS, an 8MP camera, and a 2MP camera. On the front, there will be a 16MP selfie snapper. Realme GT Neo3 will boot Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0 skin.
