It was just yesterday, Realme CMO teased the arrival of a new smartphone under its Q-series, and today, the company announces launch date for Realme Q2 series that is October 13. Apart from the launch date, some key specifications of Realme Q2 also surfaced online through multiple certifications/benchmarking sites.
Today, a new Realme device with model number RMX2117 spotted on Geekbench which is most probably the Realme Q2. The listing reveals some key specs such as – MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset, 6GB of RAM, and Android 10 OS. In the Geekbench tests, the Realme RMX2117 has managed to score 2879 points in the single-core test and 8123 points in the multi-core tets.
TENAA listing for the Realme RMX2117 reveals that it will come with a 6.5-inch LCD display with FullHD+ resolution. The Realme Q2 will feature a triple camera setup on the back that consists of 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel. For selfies, it gets a 16MP front facing camera.
The phone will pack a 4,900mAh battery and most likely to feature a side fingerprint scanner. It is expected to come in 4GB/6GB/8GB RAM options and 64GB/128GB/256GB storage variants.
