Xiaomi recently launched Redmi 10 in Malaysia, which could be heading to India as Redmi 10 Prime. The Indian variant of Redmi 10 Prime recently appeared on the IMEI database with model number 21061119BI. Today, we have spotted the phone on Bluetooth SIG. It reveals that the upcoming Redmi 10 Prime will launch in India as rebranded Redmi 10.
As of now, Xiaomi has confirmed the arrival of Redmi 10 Prime in India or any other market. However, getting multiple certifications hints that we are close to the launch announcements.
Redmi 10 specifications
The Redmi 10 which is coming to India as Redmi 10 Prime has a 6.5-inch FullHD+ LCD display with 45Hz, 60Hz, and 90Hz AdaptiveSync refresh rate. It is powered by MediaTek Helio G88 chipset paired with up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage. The phone has a microSD card slot for additional storage.
Redmi 10 features a quad camera setup on the back which includes a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 2MP macro, and a 2MP depth shooter. The punch-hole cutout on the front boasts an 8MP selfie camera.
The smartphone houses a 5,000mAh battery and 18W fast charging. Other notable specs include – a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, Bluetooth v5.0, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
As of now, there are no details on Redmi 10 Prime Indian pricing. However, the Redmi 10 was launched in Malaysia starting at RM649 (roughly Rs 11,400) for the base variant.
