Back in December, Vivo unveiled vanilla X60 and X60 Pro and announced that X60 Pro+ is on the way but didn’t reveal its specs or pricing. Today, the company on Weibo announced the launch date of Vivo X60 Pro+ which is January 26. The launch event will go live at 7:30 PM (local time) in China.
The Vivo X60 Pro+ was recently listed on the Chinese retailer website JD.com. The listing hints that X60 Pro+ could be powered by Snapdragon 888 SoC, unlike the X60 and X60 Pro using Exynos 1080 SoC. It is listed on JD in two storage configurations: 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. The X60 Pro+ will be available in two color options: Deep Ocean Blue and Classic Orange.
JD listing didn’t reveal the full spec sheet, but it teased that Vivo X60 Pro+ Fast chipset, excellent low-light camera performance, high-quality audio, fast charging, and a new OS, which is Origin OS. The smartphone may feature a 50-megapixel quad-camera setup with ZEISS optics.
