Vivo S15 Series, Vivo TWS Air Officially Confirmed to Launch on May 19

Vivo S15 series launch date has been officially set for May 19 in China. Apart from the Vivo S15 series, the brand will also launch Vivo TWS Air earbuds. The launch event will go live at 7:00 PM (local time). The brand will unveil two new devices under the S15 – Vivo S15 and S15 Pro. The phones have been subjected to various leaks in the past, that have already revealed most details about the phones. Let’s now look at them.

Vivo S15, S15 Pro specifications (rumoured)

Vivo S15 series has already got one member in the form of S15e. The device was launched on April 25 and two new members are coming next week.

The Vivo S15 Pro was recently spotted on TENAA certification along with a complete set of specifications. It revealed that the device will have a 6.62-inch with high refresh rate support. We are expecting an AMOLED screen with FullHD+ resolution and a punch-hole style selfie camera. The Vivo phone could feature a triple camera setup on the back consisting of a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. It could pack a 4,400mAh battery.

Vivo S15 Pro will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset. It will boot Android 12 out of the box. The vanilla model, on the other hand, is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. It will have the same 6.62-inch display, but a slightly bigger 4,580mAh battery than the Pro model. The company has already confirmed that the Vivo S15 and S15 Pro will support 80W fast charging.
