Vivo S15 (V2199A) Spotted on Geekbench and 3C Certification Site With Snapdragon 870 SoC, 80W Charging

Vivo S15 is reportedly in the works and is expected to launch as soon as next month. The official announcement is still pending. However, some of its key specifications are already out, thanks to past leaks. Now, the Vivo S15 with model number V2199A has surfaced on Geekbench and China’s 3C sites, revealing more details.
The upcoming Vivo S15 has been spotted on certification sites with the V2199A model number. Starting with the Geekbench listing, it reveals that the device is powered by a Snapdragon 870 chipset. The 12GB RAM variant of the S15 was listed on Geekbench, which produced a result of 957 points in the single-core test and 3185 points in the multi-core test.

The Vivo smartphone will boot Android 12 out of the box. It has also appeared on the 3C certification site. As per the listing, the device supports 80W fast charging.
According to a Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station, the Vivo S15 will come with a high refresh rate OLED display. It will be a mid-range phone. Alongside the Vivo S15, the company might also announce the S15 Pro. The Pro model is said to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset. It is tipped to feature a 50MP primary rear camera and 80W fast charging support.
