Vivo Y12s launched as the company’s latest budget smartphone in Hong Kong. The device is already launched in some Asian markets including Vietnam. It offers a 5,000mAh long battery, a waterdrop notch display, and a dual-camera setup on the rear side. Let’s take a deep dive into the price and specifications of Vivo Y12s.
Vivo Y12s: price, availability
The Vivo Y12s price has been set at HK$ 1,098 (approx Rs 10,600/ $142). Interested buyers will have two color options to choose from – Phantom Black and Glacier Blue.

Vivo Y12s: specifications
The Y12s offers a 6.51-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch to house the selfie camera. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 processor. The phone comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage which is further expandable too using the MicroSD card slot.
For selfies, the Vivo Y12s packs an 8-megapixel shooter housed inside the waterdrop notch. Around the back, we have a dual-camera setup which includes a 13-megapixel primary shooter and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. The phone boots Android 10 with FunTouch OS 10 on the top.
To keep the lights on, a 5,000mAh battery fuels the device and carries a normal 10W charger. Connectivity features include – Bluetooth 5.0, MicroUSB, Wi-Fi, GPS, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
