Vivo is in the works to launch an affordable Y-series 5G phone, dubbed Vivo Y76 5G. The smartphone carries model number V2124, whose moniker is now confirmed by Malaysia’s SIRIM and Singapore’s IMDA certification websites. While Vivo is silent about the Vivo Y76 5G, its live images have been revealed via the NCC certification.
The Vivo Y76 5G has a flat display with a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera. The power and volume keys are on the right edge of the phone. Around the back, it features a rectangular camera module housing two sensors and an LED flash unit. The phone has a speaker, USB Type-C port, a microphone, and a 3.5mm headphone jack at the bottom. The NCC images also reveals that the Vivo phone supports 44W fast charging over a USB Type-C port.
Vivo Y76 5G design is pretty much identical to the Vivo Y76s 5G, which was debuted earlier this month in China. The upcoming Y76 5G could come with a slight upgrade over the Y76s 5G. To recall, the Vivo Y76s 5G was announced with a 6.58-inch FullHD+ LCD screen with a 180Hz touch sampling rate, Dimensity 810 SoC, 50MP + 2MP dual rear cameras, and a 4,100mAh battery with 44W fast charging support.
