Xiaomi Mi 11 global launch to take place on February 8
Xiaomi Mi 11 made a successful launch in China. Now, the company has finally wrapped off the global launch date for Mi 11, which is February 8. Alongside the Mi 11, Xiaomi’s latest skin MIUI 12.5 will also announced Globally.
A report from TechRadar reveals that Xiaomi has sent out invites for the launch. As per the invitation, the launch event will start at 1 PM CET (12 PM GMT). Notably, Xiaomi has not made any public confirmation yet for the Mi 11 Global launch either on blog or its social media accounts.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 was launched in China starting at CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs. 45,300) for the 8GB/128GB base variant. It goes up to CNY 4,699 (roughly Rs. 53,200) for top of the line 12GB/256GB variant. Obiviously, the price to performance ratio is quite excellent for Mi 11. But, as seen in the past, Xiaomi global models generally have a higher price. Can Xiaomi manage to offer the device with price close to its Chinese variant, will be interesting to see.
Rumors surrounding Mi 11 series suggest that Xiaomi may unveil a “Pro” and a “Lite” variant of Mi 11. But, there is no clear evidence, and not much details are out.
