One UI 8 Beta 3 is out for Galaxy S24 series

Samsung has just released the third One UI 8 Beta for the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra. While this update doesn’t introduce new features, it focuses on ironing out lingering bugs to make the experience smoother ahead of the stable release.

The latest beta is currently rolling out in South Korea with firmware version ZYI3, and the package also likely includes the September 2025 security patch for improved system protection. The download size isn’t particularly heavy, as it doesn’t bring new features, but meaningful fixes that address issues users have been dealing with in earlier builds. The update will likely expand to the remaining regions, including India, the US, and the UK very soon.

For instance, the annoying bug where the lock screen clock kept shifting downward has been resolved. Samsung has also fixed a glitch that prevented the Stretched Font option from applying properly, along with another problem where fonts in the status bar, notifications, and lock screen PIN input appeared thinner than intended. Additionally, the update restores the missing quick run icon that used to vanish from the lock screen.
