One UI 8 beta now rolling out to Galaxy S24 series

Samsung’s Android 16-based One UI 8 beta has officially reached the Galaxy S24 lineup — and if you own a Galaxy S24, S24+, or S24 Ultra in South Korea, India, or the UK, you can now be among the first to try it out. The beta program will soon go live for the Galaxy S24 owners in the US.

The One UI 8 beta update, which is around 3.2GB in size (firmware version ZYH3), brings a host of new features, design tweaks, and productivity upgrades ahead of the stable release later this year.

This beta launch follows Samsung’s earlier announcement that the program would expand beyond the Galaxy S25 series, giving more users an early taste of One UI 8 while helping the company iron out bugs and improve performance.
