OnePlus is reportedly working on the OnePlus 9 series. The lineup is expected to include two models: OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 pro. Previous leaks suggest that the vanilla OnePlus 9 has model number LE2110, LE2117, and LE2119 whereas the Pro version bears model numbers LE2120 and LE2127.
Today, the LE2117 appeared in the Geekbench listing which reportedly belongs to the OnePlus 9. The listing reveals some key specifications of the device which include 8GB RAM and Android 11 OS. The motherboard is codenamed as “lahaina” which is the Snapdragon 875 chipset. In the Geekbench tests, the alleged OnePlus 9 has managed to score 557 points in the single-core test and 2009 points in the multi-core test.
Just a day ago, 91Mobiles shared the CAD-based renders of the OnePlus 9 that reveals front and rear design. Based on the renders, the smartphone will feature a triple camera setup on the back placed at the top-left side. All the sensors are arranged in a vertical manner in which two of them are large sensors whereas the third sensor is a smaller one.
The report mentions that it will have a flat display having size greater than OnePlus 8T and the rear panel has curved edges. OnePlus 9 is expected to feature a 120Hz refresh rate, 65W fast charging, NFC, and IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. The OnePlus 9 series is likely to launch in March next year.
