OnePlus DE2118 gets certified by Bluetooth SIG

This week, OnePlus launched Nord CE 5G as the company’s latest affordable phone. Now, we have spotted a new OnePlus phone on the Bluetooth SIG certification which carries the model number DE2118. The SIG listing does not reveal much details apart from the Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity. Also, the marketing name of OnePlus DE2118 is yet to be revealed.

The DE2118 was recently spotted on the browser benchmark website HTML5TEST running Android 11 OS. Along with this, one more OnePlus phone with model number DE2117 was spotted on the HTML5TEST with Android 11 OS. Back in February this year, the OnePlus DE2118 was spotted on Geekbench with 4GB RAM and Snapdragon 480 chipset. So, this could be another affordable phone from the company.

Recent reports have revealed that OnePlus is working to launch multiple phones including the OnePlus Nord 2 and Nord N200. A report from XDA Developers claimed that OnePlus Nord N200 is likely a rebranded Oppo A93 5G which was announced earlier this year. The A93 5G has Snapdragon 480 SoC, a 5,000mAh battery, and a 48-megapixel triple rear camera. Notably, the chipset name is the same as that of the OnePlus DE2118. So, we speculate that OnePlus DE2118 could be the model number of the Nord N200.
