OnePlus Z was supposed to launch back in April along with the OnePlus 8 series but unfortunately that could not happen. Recently, a new OnePlus device has been listed on Geekbench with model number AC2003 which is likely to be the OnePlus Z. It will bring back the OnePlus affordable smartphone with Snapdragon 765G mid-range chipset.
According to the Geekbench listing the OnePlus device will feature Snapdragon 765G processor and 12GB RAM and runs on Android 10. The device has scored 612 points in the single-core test and 1955 points in the multi-core test. Looking at the chipset, it clearly looks the alleged OnePlus Z will not be a flagship device. It will be a budget phone with 5G connectivity at an affordable price point. The Geekbench listing shows chipset codename as Qualcomm ‘lito’ which is believed to be a modified version of Snapdragon 765 SoC.
