Oppo is gearing up to launch a new mid-range smartphone called Oppo K7x. The official teaser confirms that the Oppo K7x will launch on November 4 and most likely to go on sale during the Double 11 shopping festival in China.
The K7x is expected to be a more affordable version of the Oppo K7 which was launched back in August with a price tag of CNY1,999 (~Rs 22,200/$298). In the teaser, we can see that the phone has a rectangular camera module placed at the top-left corner on the rear side.
Rumors surrounding the Oppo K7x suggest that the phone bears model number PERM00 that recently appeared on TENAA with key specifications. According to the TENAA listing, the device has a 6.5-inch FullHD+ display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone houses a 5,000mAh battery capacity with no details on fast charging.
Moving further, the Oppo PERM00 is powered by an unknown 2.0GHz octa-core processor paired with 6GB/8GB of RAM. The front camera is of 16MP resolution and the quad camera on the back consists of 48MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP. Take all these specs with a pinch of salt, as we are not 100% sure, whether PERM00 belongs to Oppo K7x or not.
