At an online event held today, Oppo has launched it’s limited edition Ace2 EVA smartphone, a wireless charger, a custom watch, an earbud and a band. Main highlight of this launch event is the Ace2 EVA smartphone which has got an unique aesthetical design inspired by Evangelion.
The Oppo Ace2 EVA is identical to Ace2 with lot of EVA-styled gear on the back. It has a unique color scheme with mostly purple color containing green strips. The phone packs in a white capsule shaped material that looks quite interesting. Apart from the handset, the box will also contain limited edition charger, cable, wired headset and sim-ejector tool.
The company will only sell 10,000 quantity of the phone worldwide at the price of CNY 4,399 (roughly Rs 46,600/$614). The phone is available to purchase form Oppo.com, JD, Tmall and Suning. Th phones comes with beautiful EVA designed themes free to Ace2 EVA smartphone. These themes are also available to other Oppo phones but users will need to pay for the themes.
The Oppo Watch EVA limited edition is also limited to 10,000 units. The color of the Watch is the mixing of orange and black which is inspired by sunrise. It will be available for CNY 2,199 (approx Rs 23,300/$307). The Oppo Enco W31 TWS earbuds will cost CNY 399 (roughly Rs 4200/$56) and the Air VOOC wireless charger cost CNY 299 (roughly Rs 3200/$42). Price details for the Oppo Band is currently unknown.
