The company has launched a 4G variant of Redmi 10X along with Redmi 10X 5G and Redmi 10X Pro 5G. The company uses MediaTek Helio G85 chipset instead of Dimensity 820. With this chipset, this phone becomes the first Redmi phone to have Helio G85 chipset.

Redmi 10X 4G price for the base variant with 4GB RAM + 128GB storage is set for 999 Yuan (approx Rs 10,600/$140). The 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant cost 1,199 Yuan (approx Rs 12,700/$168). It comes in Blue, Green and White color options. The phone is available for purchase in China while the details on launch outside China is currently unknown.

The Redmi 10X 4G has a 6.53-inch display with 2400 × 1080 pixels FHD+ resolution and punch-hole cutout at the upper-left corner for selfie camera. It comes with a rear side fingerprint scanner and IP53 rating for water and dust resistant. The handset is powered by MediaTek Helio G85 chipset coupled with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
Camera specifications incldues a quad camera setup at rear side comprising of 48MP primary camera, 8MP ultra-wide camera, 2MP depth sensor and 2MP macro lens. On the front side, the phone gets a 13MP selfie shooter. Redmi 10X 4G boots MIUI 12 custom skin based on Android 10. It packs with 5020mAh battery which is higher than Redmi 10X 5G and Redmi 10X Pro battery. The battery charges at the speed of 18W which is slightly faster than normal charger. Other features are 3.5mm headphone jack, IR blaster, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth.
