Samsung confirms One UI 8 stable rollout is on track — no delays

Samsung has officially confirmed that the One UI 8 stable update rollout is on schedule, with no delays in the timeline. The release will begin in September 2025, starting with the Galaxy S25 series and expanding to more eligible Galaxy devices in the same month.

No delays in One UI 8 stable rollout

Recent rumours surrounding One UI 8 Beta 6 update led some users to believe that the stable release could be postponed. However, in a recent Samsung Newsroom post, the company reassured users that the highly anticipated One UI 8 update is progressing as planned.

The rollout will kick off with the Galaxy S25 series, and Samsung hinted that other Galaxy devices could also join the party sooner than expected.

Samsung stated:

“One UI 8 will begin rolling out to other devices in September, starting with the Galaxy S25 series.”

This means Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Z Flip 6 users can also expect the stable One UI 8 update in September. These devices have already received the One UI 8 beta update, and therefore a stable release should be around the corner.
