Samsung Galaxy F42 5G is now officially confirmed to launch in India on September 29. A microsite for the device is already live on Flipkart, confirming the availability via the e-commerce platform. It reveals the complete design of Galaxy F42 5G as well as key specifications.
The Galaxy F42 5G features a square camera module on the rear side that houses three sensors and an LED flash. It will be available in two colour options – Blue and Black. The phone has a flat display with a waterdrop notch-style selfie camera.
Flipkart reveals that the Galaxy F42 5G has a FullHD+ Infinity V display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It has a total of 12 5G bands for better connectivity. The phone features 64MP triple rear cameras and packs a 5,000mAh battery. It will be the first Galaxy F-series phone to support 5G connectivity.
Recent leaks reveal that the Samsung Galaxy F42 5G will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. It may come in more storage variants. The phone is likely to have an 8MP selfie camera and 15W fast charging support through a USB Type-C port.
