[Update: Nov 23, 2022]: Samsung is pushing a stable Android 13 update to the Galaxy S22 series. Currently, it is rolling out in select countries with more regions to follow in the coming days.
[Update: Jul 9, 2022]: Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus running Android 13-based One UI 5.0 was spotted. The screenshot [posted below] was shared by Max Weinbach, a well-known tipster. The Galaxy S22 Plus runs the June 2022 security patch. The image hints that we are not too far away from the One UI 5.0 beta release for the Galaxy S22 series.

[Update Jul 5, 2022]: Samsung has not yet announced anything about the One UI 5.0 beta update for the Galaxy S22 series. However, a report from Sammobile claims that the One UI 5 beta is already available for a limited number of Samsung employees. Hopefully, it will be available to the general public in the coming weeks.
Samsung Galaxy S22 One UI 5.0 (Android 13) release date?
While Samsung has not officially announced the timeline yet, some reports claim that the One UI 5.0 beta program will go live in late July. Initially, It will be available for Galaxy S22 series and will expand to more devices gradually. The stable Android 13 build is expected to start rolling out somewhere around October.

As of now, Samsung has not officially announced anything on this. However, according to recent reports, the Galaxy S22 series will be able to join the One UI 5.0 beta program in July.
