Samsung Galaxy S22 Series Is Already Getting March 2022 Security Patch Update
Samsung has created a tradition of releasing new security patches even before we enter the month. The company has been doing this for months, and the company has done it again. This time, it’s the March 2022 security patch, and it’s none other than the company’s latest flagship Galaxy S22 series getting the latest security patch.
Samsung unveiled its most premium S22 series earlier this month, which went up for pre-order this week in India. By the time, it reaches people’s hands, they are likely to get a pop-up for the March security patch update after settings up the device.
The latest software update for Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra is reportedly live in Germany. It can be identified by the firmware version S90xBXXU1AVBF. The update has a download size of just above 800MB. In addition to the March security patch, it also improves device stability and updates Samsung stock apps such as Samsung Internet, Samsung Kids, Samsung Pay, and more.
Samsung Galaxy S22 / Galaxy S22+ / Galaxy S22 Ultra users in Germany should receive a pop-up for the latest update. In case you haven’t received it yet, manually look for the latest software update by navigating to Settings >> Software updates.
Samsung Galaxy S22 series launched earlier this month with Android 12 out of the box with a layer of One UI 4.0 skin at the top. The devices will receive Android updates all the way to Android 16 and five years of a continuous security patch updates.
