It’s none other than the latest flagship Galaxy S22 series getting the latest security patch. For now, it is rolling out in India with more regions to receive the update in the coming days.

The May 2022 security patch is now rolling out in the UAE and Malaysia. The latest OTA update is rolling out with the following software version:
- Galaxy S22 – S901EXXS2AVDD
- Galaxy S22+ – S906EXXS2AVDD

Galaxy Tab S8 and Tab S8 Ultra have also joined the party. The May 2022 security update for the Wi-Fi variants of Tab S8, S8 Plus, and Tab S8 Ultra comes with the version number Xx00XXU2AVD6. The carrier-locked models of the Galaxy S21 series are getting the May 2022 security patch in the US. The update comes with One UI build version G991USQU5CVDB for Galaxy S21, while Galaxy S21+ and S21 Ultra are receiving it as G996USQU5CVDB and G998USQU5CVDB, respectively.
Samsung is now sending the May security update to Galaxy S21 series users in France. Samsung now releases the May 2022 security update for Galaxy A53 5G. For now, it is rolling out in some asian markets with the firmware version A536EXXU2AVD7. It will expand to more regions in the coming days.

The May 2022 Android security patch is now available for Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ users in the Unites States.
