Here’s how Indian telecom operators are helping their customers to stay connected in lock down condition

In india due to spreading of corona virus, all the states are in lock down state. Because of this, mobile shops has been closed and people who don’t know about online recharge are facing issue. People are facing issue also because to keep incoming call active users have to recharge with a suitable plan.

During this critical timing, telecom operators BSNL, Airtel, JIO are helping their users by giving effective services.

For BSNL users

  • Incoming validity will be active till 20 April free of cost.
  • If your balance reaches zero, you will get Rs 10 talk time free of cost.

For Airtel users

  • Free incoming validity till 17 April
  • Rs 10 talk time for 80 million Airtel users to help them stay connected

For Jio users

Jio is helping users to work from home by introducing a plan “Work from Home”. This plan is giving lots of data without any calling or sms facility. Click here to know more about this plan.

In view of hardships faced by the mobile subscribers whose validity has expired during lock down period from 22nd march 2020 and are not able to recharge for extension of validity, BSNL, as a support to its esteemed mobile subscribers is extending the validity of all such subscribers up to 20th April 2020, free of cost, so that the subscribers continue to receive incoming calls. In addition to this, BSNL is also giving free talk time of Rs 10/- to all such subscribers who reach zero balance during lock down period. These facilities are extended to facilitate communications by BSNL mobile subscribers in emergency.
