RedmiBook 14 has already bagged BIS certification last month indicating Indian launch very soon. It seems that Xiaomi will debut series of RedmiBook or Mi laptops very soon. Currently we do not have the information about launch date.
A reliable tipster Ishan Aggarwal posted some details on his official twitter account. According to him, Xiaomi India head Manu Kumar Jain hosted an online meeting with the retailers. In the meeting, Manu Kumar Jain talks about launching Mi/Redmi laptops very soon in India.
Ishan also told, Mi is not planning to launch any Tabs like Mi Pad. At the last, During the interview Jain did not mention any information about Mi 10 Lite or K30 Pro smartphone. Just to recall, Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite and Redmi Note 9 Series is unveiling on tomorrow (April 30) .
RedmiBook 14 Specifications
RedmiBook 14 comes with a 14 inch display with 1920×1080 pixels resolutions and 81.2% screen-to–body ratio. The laptop uses Intel’s 10th gen Core i7 processor paired with GeForce MX250 GPU. It will come with 8GB DDR4 RAM and 512GB SSD(Solid State Drive) storage.
The device runs Windows 10 (Home Edition) with the Xiaomi’s smart unlock 2.0 feature. This feature unlocks the laptop in 1.2 second with Mi Band wearable. In terms of connectivity, the laptop consists of one USB 2.0 port, two USB 3.0 ports, 3.5mm audio jack, HDMI port and dual band Wi-Fi. The laptop packs with 46W battery giving 10-hour battery life and 1C fast charging support. The RedmiBook 14 weighs 1.5Kg .
