Earlier this month price of Redmi 8A Dual, Redmi 8 and Redmi Note 8 were increased by up to Rs 500. Now Xiaomi going for another price hike for the second time in a month. So, it will be the third price hike in this year with increase in price up to Rs 500.
For Redmi 8A Dual, it was previously selling for Rs 7,299 for the 2GB + 32GB variant but after this price hike it will cost Rs 7,499 While no change in the price for 3GB+ 3GB. Coming to the Redmi 8 (4GB+64GB), the old price is Rs 9,299 and adding Rs 200 price hike the new price becomes Rs 9,499.
For Redmi Note 8, the old price is Rs 11,499 for the 4GB+64GB storage and Rs 13,999 for the 6GB+128GB storage. With an increase in Rs 500 for both the variant, the new price is now Rs 11,999 for 4GB+64GB and Rs 14,499 for the 6GB+64GB variant.

The new price for Redmi 8, Redmi 8A Dual and Redmi Note 8 is already started showing on the official website.
Redmi 8A Dual (2GB+32GB) was launched at the price of Rs 6,499. After the first price hike, the price increased to Rs 6,999 and earlier this month price goes up to Rs 7,299 and the third price hike increased the price to Rs 7,499. So till now total price hike cost Rs 1000.
For Redmi 8A Dual (3GB+32GB), it was launched at the price of Rs Rs 6,999 and the first price increased the price to Rs 7,999. After that no price hike seen for this phone and upon calculating the total price hike after the launch is Rs 1000.
Coming to the Redmi 8 (4GB +64GB), It was originally launched at Rs 7,999. The first price hike increased Rs 1,000 in the overall price and the second price hike with Rs 300. The latest price hike increased Rs 200 and upon calculating, we get total price hike of Rs 1,500.
The Redmi Note 8 was launched at Rs 9,999 for 4GB+64GB and Rs 12,999 for the 6GB+128GB variant. The first price hike increased Rs 1000 for 4GB RAM variant and Rs 1100 for the 6GB RAM variant. On second price hike, price for the 4GB RAM variant was increased by Rs 500 but no increase in the 6GB RAM variant. The third price hike increased Rs 500 for the both the variant. So upon calculating, we get a total of Rs 2000 price hike for the 4GB+64GB storage and a total of Rs 1,500.
