Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi has launched K30i smartphone quietly in China. The design and specifications are identical to Redmi K30 apart from one difference. The only difference is Redmi K30 features 64MP main camera while the Redmi K30i has 48MP main camera.

The Redmi K30i listed on JD.com with a price tag of 1,999 Yuan (Approx Rs 31,300/$280) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option. It comes in Blue, White, Red and Purple color options. The phone is available for pre-order however the sale will start from 2 June in China.
The Redmi K30i comes with a 6.67-inch IPS LCD display with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The display has HDR10 technology with Corning gorilla glass 5 protection. The handset is powered by snapdragon 765 chipset paired with 6GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 storage.
Camera specifications includes quad camera setup comprising of 48MP main camera which is probably made by sony. The main camera is accompanied by 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 5MP super macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. For front photography, you get a dual camera setup with 20MP main camera + 2MP depth camera.
The phone boots MIUI 11 custom skin based on Android 10. Redmi K30i packs with 4,500mAh battery and 30W fast charging support. Connectivity features include – 5G network, Dual frequency GPS, Wi-Fi, USB Type-C, Hi-res audio support and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
