[December 13, 2023]: Samsung has released a One UI 6.0 roadmap for India, according to which it will release the One UI 6.0 update for the Galaxy A04s in February 2024.

[November 22, 2023]: The Galaxy A04s has a One UI 6.0 rollout timeline for German users. According to it, the device should receive a stable update in February 2024.

This is just a rollout estimate. The actual rollout depends on many factors, including the stability of the software. However, Samsung is usually quick enough to release the update ahead of its schedule. So, it won’t be surprising to see the update getting released before January.
