Galaxy M34, Galaxy F23 Getting a New Software Update

Samsung has just released a new software update for Galaxy M34 and Galaxy F23 in February 2024. The latest update is currently rolling out in India, with more regions to follow in the coming days and weeks.

The new software update for Galaxy M34 and Galaxy F23 brings the December 2023 security patch. Although it’s not the latest one, it’s still important as it resolves dozens of vulnerabilities found in the previous software version.

According to the changelog, the Galaxy devices may also be getting stability improvements and fixes to known issues. If you own Galaxy M34 or Galaxy F23, you should install the update to make your device more secure.

The latest build for Galaxy F23 has the firmware version E236BXXS5DXA5, while that one for the Galaxy M34 can be identified by the firmware version M346BXXS3BXA1.

If you have Galaxy M34 or Galaxy F23 and haven’t received an update notification yet, manually check for available updates. For this, go to Settings > Software update and hit the Download and install option.
