OnePlus 12 Gets a Massive Update; Brings Master Mode and Many Improvements

OnePlus 12 has just hit the streets, and the phone has already received a couple of software updates. The first one, carrying the firmware version CPH2573_14.0.0.10(SP01EX01), unlocks the Master mode and system stability.

For those uninitiated, Master mode brings Hasselblad color tuning to enhance photos with natural and vibrant colors. So you can expect better colors in photos taken after installing this update. (Instructions on how to use this feature are given below)

It was a 26MB update. Now, we have another update for the OnePlus 12 with a massive download size of around 6.5GB. This one has a slightly long changelog.

The latest software update for the OnePlus 12 has the firmware version CPH2573_14.0.0.404(EX01). It also includes the Master mode. OnePlus also adds ProXDR for the Google Photos app and improves fingerprint success rate, Wi-Fi, NFC, and Bluetooth connections.

This update for OnePlus 12 is currently rolling out in India. It should spread to more regions over the next few days. If you have got the same device and live in India, go to Settings > About device > OxygenOS > Check for update to get the latest update.

OnePlus is rolling out the update in an incremental fashion, as usual. So, it can take a few days to reach all OnePlus 12 units in India.
